Skydive Jurien Bay offers one of the world’s most beautiful skydiving experiences. They approached us to overhaul their website to make the online experience almost as thrilling as the real thing.
With a newly refreshed brand, the sky was the limit to building a website that engaged potential customers in the digital space and encouraged them to take the leap and make a booking. Strong, immersive imagery that showcased the stunning scenery and the sheer delight of customers was a core component of the design strategy. As such, we recommended the use of video in place of a hero image on the homepage to heighten the engagement. The social media strategy would also be predominantly image driven through Instagram.
Calls to action to make booking enquiries online would feature prominently and online gift voucher sales would be encouraged.

With such a strong image and video library, website users are continuously immersed in the Skydive Jurien Bay experience. A gallery page houses plenty of videos and photos of customers enjoying an exhilarating jump. The new branding works well in the digital space, and the brand personality comes through strongly in the overall aesthetic. Customers browsing on mobile devices are able to make a call or booking enquiry and find the location map instantly and all website content is easily accessible.
Further, accommodation booking enquiries and a member only online skydiving course also feature on the website to offer even more for users. Social media interaction is enhanced via Instagram with customers encouraged to use the hashtag #skydivejbay, with the latest three images appearing on the homepage.
The new website has been incredibly effective in promoting the new brand and building an audience. Online customer engagement has never been better, with high traffic to the pricing page and a massive increase in booking enquiries and online gift voucher sales.
The new website has become an integral part of the communication and marketing strategy for Skydive Jurien Bay, engaging and exciting its new jumpers.
