Do you thrive on organisation, timeliness and communication? Our team is growing and there’s an open spot in our sunny Northbridge office for a motivated person with great people skills and a managerial flavour.
This is a junior role, so while some experience is ideal, we’re open to all applicants as long as you live in Perth and don’t have an ego — we put culture fit above skill, although we’re easily won over by both 👀
We’re a close-knit team of creative folk in the heart of Perth, focused on delivering best-in-class results for clients all over the world. We make websites, apps, software and more — we’re passionate about all things digital and actively pursue our own projects, encouraging creativity, experimentation and exploration in everything we do.
We don’t have a sales team. We don’t do overtime. We don’t outsource. And we don’t sacrifice quality for profit. We value relationships and real human experiences. We turn up each day because we care about what we do, and believe an enjoyable, creative workplace with like-minded people is the secret to high-quality strategy and output.
Beyond digital, we’ve been known to host board game nights, group fitness and the occasional yoga session, while also enjoying the odd skydive, mountain climb, cake-based affair and awkward family photo. Oh, and the coffee’s on us.
You’re an enthusiastic professional looking to get a foot in the door in a creative environment. You’re outcome-focused and process-savvy, with excellent communication and time management skills. You have an ongoing desire to learn new things, work to a high standard, and are able to hit the ground running.
You’ll work across our entire team, assisting with the management and delivery of projects plus handling day-to-day operations around the office.
Here’s what we expect:
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to work in a creative environment
- An interest in digital (Websites, Apps, eCommerce + more)
- A love for working with clients and teams (and they like working with you)
- High standard of organisation and time management skills
- A passion for quality
Any if you have experience with any these, you’ll get extra kudos:
- Project management (budgeting, timelines, scheduling, invoicing)
- Office administration
- Latte art (or some killer tea-brewing chops)
