Seamless exploration of a cultural space
The sophisticated yet simple design emphasises a bold brand palette, vivid imagery and structured content design. Supporting this, a well considered information architecture enables the audience to explore everything the Centre has to offer.

Every aspect of the new website encourages deep engagement. From the user-friendly search and filter functions to the purposefully designed landing pages for each section, the audience is motivated to explore further.

Easy course enrolment
Fremantle Arts Centre course content is uncomplicated and easy to find thanks to an uncomplicated UX and approach to accessibility. Users can easily enrol and pay online in a simple transaction, returning any time to review their account in a custom-built private account area.

Convenient eCommerce for arts organisations
Empowering users with self-management tools facilitates swift transactions for repeat enrolments and visits. Similarly, the ability to purchase memberships online lowers the barrier to entry and encourages convenient member renewals.

Customised enrolment and payment facilities
We designed a separate workflow in the CMS for offline enrolments to help streamline the process and increase productivity. This allows Fremantle Arts Centre staff to easily create new profiles in the database and accept payments.
Purpose built for administrative support
Custom functionality allows staff to generate monthly financial and enrolment reports without the need to enlist complex third-party services. Other custom management tools allow staff to see at a glance student contact details and individual needs, which courses meet the minimum criteria to proceed, and allow for easy refunds in the event of a cancellation.

The Found Shop
Found at Fremantle Arts Centre is a purpose-built webstore showcasing the exquisite goods and artwork sourced from WA’s best makers. With its smooth eCommerce experience, it offers Western Australia’s largest range of quality and handmade products — all available for purchase online.

Large feature imagery and clear calls to action hold attention throughout the shopping journey, with the catalogue and each item listing crafted to offer the optimal experience across every user device.
