Finbar approached us in need of a digital presence that could more effectively serve their audience of potential property buyers. One that would promote available properties in a consumer-friendly fashion, thereby generating qualified sales leads.
Our challenge was to create a suite of premium websites that offered outstanding user experiences across the board, promoting apartments under the parent Finbar catalogue while staying true to the highly targeted individual apartment brands.
Our first challenge was to strategise a new Finbar website that would support completed developments, cataloguing the properties and individual apartments available for sale. For this website, we focused on three key principles – intuitive search and navigation of apartments, clarity of design, and optimal execution on all devices & screen sizes – delivering a streamlined website structure that engages audiences with smooth workflows and an easy way to contact the Finbar sales team.
Although optimised for search engines, the site was crafted with humans in mind. For example, we designed the property listings so visitors could easily find the key selling points of each development block, along with impressive photography and architectural renders of what they might expect from their new investment.
Additionally, the website enquiry form seamlessly integrates into a Salesforce CRM, while the site's CMS platform is flexible enough for future customisation and expansion. This ensures ongoing content management remains a painless process for the Finbar team.
Located in a fashionable inner city district, the Aire development was designed to suit the city lifestyle desired by young professional buyers.
Telling this brand story required a look and feel that would demonstrate Aire's promise of sky-high serenity in the midst of vibrant urban action.
With Aire's trove of slick apartment renders and chic lifestyle imagery, our visual approach incorporated clean lines, subtle interaction effects and ample whitespace to convey the roomy, on-trend qualities of the Aire development and its Upper West Side neighbourhood.
Throughout their journey, visitors are presented with clear calls to action, inviting them to enquire about an apartment or to interact with Aire's wealth of branded content: apartment floorplans, blog articles, vibrant galleries, video content, interactive city views and social media news.

Motive Apartments, with its "addressed to thrill" brand message, targeted young professionals with an active lifestyle looking for modern urban digs close to Perth's pockets of action.
We expanded on the diagonal theme and contemporary colour palette of the Motive branding, adding scrolling effects, smooth hover responses and large, vivid imagery showcasing the resort style facilities this development had to offer. Using a persistent footer, we ensure a consistent call to action throughout the user journey.
By design, we adopted a minimal information hierarchy, featuring only apartment highlights, facilities and location highlights, illustrating the simple luxury of the Motive Apartment life.
There was much to say about Civic Heart. As a multi-use development, it would offer entertainment, recreation and business facilities beyond residential units, serving as a commercial and lifestyle hub for both residents and the surrounding neighbourhood.
To express this idea, we created an ultimately simple design that borrowed visual qualities from traditional magazine layouts. Knowing that scrolling is instinctive behaviour in this era of web, we combined Concerto's vivid photgraphy with critical purchasing information, placing teaser elements with regard for varying 'fold' heights, thus driving visitors through an information-rich narrative that encourages user action.
Visitors can easily browse Concerto's 200+ luxury apartment detail and floorplans using the Apartment Explorer. Combined with the persistent header and navigation, the ability to enquire about an apartment is only ever one step away.
Situated on the fringe of the CBD, the aptly named Vue Tower invites buyers to become part of the city's new vision, enticing residents with premium apartment fittings, resort facilities, Perth's upcoming attractions and breathtaking 360° views.
The challenge was in the storytelling. Vue Tower boasted a multitude of selling points, each with plenty of detail and accompanying visuals. Making sure the information flowed logically was only the first step. To give visitors an engaging reading experience, we brought the content to life with smooth animations, transitions and scrolling effects.

With the lifestyle chief among the reasons to choose this development, we made sure to highlight the complex's on-site facilities and neighbourhood amenities, tying in elements from Vue Tower's social media and content marketing strategy to further enhance the promotional message.
Above all, our aim was to create a premium look and feel that reflected the promise of the brand, giving visitors a hint of what to expect from a Vue Tower apartment.
Though many challenges were common between each project, each site was treated individually, ensuring every design and implementation decision fit the brand message and purpose.
The result is a suite of sites that tell different stories while retaining an undeniably "Finbar" quality, serving as both a sales tool and a unique catalogue of off the plan and ready to move in apartments.
