Sodashi is an Australian pioneer in all-natural skincare. Having grown from a one-woman home business to a uniquely ethical, international enterprise, they came to us for a new website that would support their eCommerce activity while reflecting the sophistication of their brand.
We wanted the new site to do more than just look the part. Sodashi's "beyond skin deep" attitude to beauty became the ethos of our design, as well as the creative process behind it. Each visual element was handpicked to tell a story, whether it be colour coding for specific product ranges, or decorative highlights that tie back to the company's choice of natural ingredients.
The new Sodashi website has delivered on many levels, in terms of design, usability and on our commercial goals. It represents the Sodashi brand and culture perfectly; it helps customers navigate our extensive range of products easily and facilitates fuss-free purchasing from our global customer base.
We love it, and many customers have told us they do too. Not only have we seen increased online sales; we’re also seeing B2B interest grow from the kind of customers we previously had trouble attracting.
Consumers come with a variety of needs. With the aim of catering for as wide an audience as possible, we developed a product recommendation tool that draws from Sodashi's in-house expertise to find the right skincare product for every skin type.
The site was built with Wordpress and WooCommerce, a powerful combination of two well-known platforms, giving the Sodashi team easy tools for managing their site and product content, and paving the way for future development as the company's needs evolve.
The result is a luxurious, simple online shopping experience that perfectly caters to the skincare company's target market. One that supports every business objective while communicating spirit of the Sodashi brand and philosophy. Since launch, Sodashi has seen constant growth across total online sales globally, including almost 4x in the international market.
